Each county will determine its own locations and hours for early voting. Some New Yorkers will be able to vote at any early voting location within their county; others may be assigned to only one. On Election Day, polls will be open from 6 am to 9 pm.

All voters are entitled to an affidavit (provisional) ballot, even if they are not in the poll book.
Sites must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Waiting times cannot exceed 30 minutes.
You have the right to vote if you are still in line when the polls close.
When you file a change of address form with the post office, your voter registration will automatically update to your new address. If if isn’t updated, ask for a provisional ballot, which will automatically update your voter registration address.
There is no voter ID law in New York. You do not need to bring an ID to vote.
