Livingston County preparing for election changes after state passes voting reforms

New York’s elections are set to undergo a significant change with the state Legislature’s recent passage of a slew of voting reform laws. And commissioners at the Livingston County Board of Elections said the county is ready for the change – as long as more change is on the way.
